Membership Service Level Agreement
The unique service we have designed for The Company brings you a WEEE Care & Compliance service that adheres to:
- Environmental Sustainability
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Cost Effectiveness
The pricing policy is sustainable and wholly transparent. Membership fees from as low as £50.00 (p.a) are based upon the value of the EEE placed upon the UK market in the previous compliance period and are fixed for three years on signing.
Membership benefits include the following:
- Compliant registration with the Environment Agency as a Producer of EEE
- Compliant collection and recovery of WEEE
- Free advice line on WEEE Legislation issues
- Free collection from your clients premises (subject to your conditions)
- Free collection from your premises
- Discounted consultancy on WEEE legislation
- Discounted fees for WEEE training courses
- Free Data Destruction and Certification
- Discounted WEEE service to deal with your own B2B end user responsibilities
*The Cost for Recovery of WEEE has several options:
1. Non Obligated
B2B End User Obligation
The Company has opted for the Obligation to be passed to the end user and no further charges will be levied for recovery of WEEE to you.
Company Take Back Scheme
- The Company has chosen to introduce its own take back scheme with no further charge from Northern Compliance:
- Northern Compliance can offer a WEEE Collection Service for this option
2. Obligated
Underwritten
The Company has chosen the underwritten service where we will be charged a fixed price for the compliance period based upon the weight of obligated EEE placed on the UK market within the previous compliant period. The fixed price is calculated:
- EEE placed previous period x Category Rate in the table below
Pay As You Go
The Company has chosen the ‘Pay As You Go’ service. i.e. The cost price is calculated:
- Weight of WEEE collected x Category Rate in the table below (minimum collection charge may apply)
